Lost SIM after EE to iD number transfer – can’t log in

Hi,

I recently switched from EE to iD Mobile using a PAC code. The transfer seemed to go through, but I never actually inserted my new iD SIM — I was still using my old EE eSIM. My number has now stopped working and shows “SIM not provisioned.”

Unfortunately, I can’t find my physical iD SIM and can’t log in to my iD account because the system doesn’t recognise my number yet.

Could a staff member please get in touch via private message to help arrange a replacement SIM (or eSIM if possible) and link my transferred number to it?

Many thanks,

Anna

@aw00062  Not a start one needs joining a new network but here's a few thing's you can do.

Go into a Curry's store with ID and account detail's should be in your email and ask for a replacement sim card.

Call sale's on 020-713-91397 between 9am to 6pm  and if possible log in to the Live Chat and in the message box  type in To speak to someone.

Joe 🙂

Hi, @aw00062

I am so sorry that you can't find your physical sim, Kindly note that you can request for a sim to be sent to you that will take 2-3 working day. Or if you need a sim sooner, you will be able to get one in store at no extra cost.

Please get in touch via our Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk, if you would like to request online.

Thank you,

Zandile

Hi @aw00062 ,

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand how unsettling this must have been.
This sounds like a scam, and we strongly recommend reporting it to Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk or by calling 0300 123 2040 to get a Crime Reference Number.

Once you have that, please contact us via Live Chat or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk so our Fraud Team can investigate further.
We’d love the opportunity to put things right and support you through this.
