Lost sim and I m overseas 

what to do ?

    You can only sort when back home. Buy a local SIM, if you haven’t lost your phone too.

    Also curious as to how you lose a SIM card.

    In the meantime, you can block your SIM through your iD Mobile account:

     

    • Log in to My Account (or the iD Mobile app)
    • Go to My Services → Lost or Stolen
    • Select Prevent your phone or SIM from being used
    • Choose Block SIM and click Confirm
