Lost sim, cant access account

Hi, I have recently moved abroad and removed my sim. I have now lost the sim so cannot access my account as I cannot receive the text message verification code. How do I access my account?

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

As you’ve removed your SIM and no longer have access to receive the verification code, you won’t be able to complete the login process at the moment.

 

In this situation, we’d recommend contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat. They can help verify your account and arrange a replacement SIM or eSIM, so you can regain access to your number and account.

 

Once your new eSIM is set up, you’ll be able to log in and receive verification codes again as normal.

I have been on live chat all day trying to get answers. It did not offer a new sim. I will try again!
