maintaining my old number why switching to id mobile

I have ordered for a physical id mobile SIM.

please how do I maintain my old number by switching from EE to ID mobile.

i need my old number to be maintained although i am using ID mobile. Thanks

    To keep your existing EE number when moving over to iD Mobile, you’ll need to complete a number transfer using a PAC code.

     

    Please contact us directly via Live Chat here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

    Once you’re connected, please have the following ready:

    Your PAC code from EE
    The mobile number you want to keep

     

    Our team will then be able to start the number transfer process for you and make sure everything is moved across smoothly.
