Hi,

I want to transfer my number to a new iPhone, I’m told I need a QR code.

what do I do?

    Kindly please confirm if you’re looking to add an eSIM for your existing iD Mobile number onto your new iPhone? 

     

    As the eSIM cannot be transferred from one handset to another, you’d need to request a new eSIM QR code to install the eSIM on your new handset. 

     

    The quickest way to get a replacement eSIM is via the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk:

    1. Tap Plan.
    2. Scroll down to Quick links.
    3. Tap Your SIM/eSIM.
    4. Tap Request a replacement SIM or eSIM.
    5. Tap Get a replacement eSIM.
    6. Check your email address is correct, then tap Continue.
    7. Tap Yes, I want a new eSIM.
    8. All done! Tap Done.
