Missed calls

Hi,

New to ID and not overly impressed- constantly losing signal or no signal, and a massive amount of calls being missed even though my phone is there! I have an iphone16 and have seen someone with similar issues being advised to allow VoLTE in their settings, but I cannot see this anywhere. Is somebody able to help at all please?

Also when I get a missed call, it just comes up with the mobile number, not the name, even though they are in my contacts list. Is this normal please?

I can’t see any issues in the area. Have you tested the SIM in a different handset or a replacement SIM in the past?

Hi, input the sim in a different handset and the same happened. When I made a call from it, I could be heard but I couldn’t hear the other person

Hi @arn70,

Has a replacement been tested before?

We can get a SIM sent out via PM or you can visit your local Curry’s store which is the quicker option.

Once you have the SIM you can activate it via the App.

A replacement Sim has not been tried, but I am prepared to try anything, as am now missing calls from the hospital, that I really need to be answering
