missing invoice for a neaw plan and phene

Hi.i recently make contract for phone samsung galaxy s 25 ultra and i haven't receiv invoice with name of the phone,date, price when i purchase.i wold like to claime a samsung cash back

Please can you send me invoice with all details

    You can get a full invoice for your Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra directly from the iD Mobile app. Please follow these steps:

    Open the iD Mobile app and log in.

    Tap on Billing or Invoices from the menu.

    Select the relevant order or bill for your Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.

    Tap Download PDF or View Invoice to get the invoice with all details including phone name, purchase date, and price.
     

    Once you have downloaded this invoice, you can use it to claim your Samsung cashback.
