missing part of my plan

I never received the pixel buds 2 with my plan although it is what I had picked when I had upgraded

    If the Pixel Buds 2 were part of the promotion when you upgraded, they wouldn't have been included in the box with your handset. They need to be claimed separately through the promotional website.

     

    To claim your Pixel Buds 2:

    1. Visit: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/claim-your-offer
    2. Find the relevant Pixel Buds promotion.
    3. Follow the instructions provided for your specific offer.
    4. Complete the claim form and upload any required proof of purchase.
    5. Submit your claim within the promotional claim window.
    6. Once approved, your Pixel Buds 2 will be sent to you.

     

    If you're unsure whether your upgrade qualified for the promotion, the claim portal will also provide the offer terms and eligibility criteria.
