I don’t have mms on my iPhone 17pro max not even in settings I’ve reset network setting and still not there so I cannot send mms at all

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble sending MMS messages on your iPhone 17 Pro Max.

As MMS is a chargeable service and isn't included within your standard allowance, please check the following on your iD Mobile account:

Make sure Premium Services are enabled.
Ensure your bill cap is set above £0.00 so that the MMS charge can be processed.

Once you've updated these settings, restart your iPhone and try sending the MMS again.

If the MMS option is still missing from your iPhone settings after doing this, please let us know and we'll be happy to advise further.

Hi have done all these and thers still no mms there and still cannot send them
