hi there I have 3 mobile contracts with id mobile,2 contracts are working and 1 is not working. I received it on October 2024 but I didn’t activate the sim (iPhone 16 pro max) 

Could you send me SIM card please?

Thanks for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear that one of your contracts isn’t currently working I’m happy to point you in the right direction to get this sorted.

 

As the SIM was never worked, you can request a replacement SIM using one of the following options:

  • Visit a Currys store with your photo ID they can provide a replacement SIM in store
  • Contact our Live Chat team, who can arrange for a replacement SIM to be sent to you by post. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days

Once you receive the replacement SIM, you’ll be able to activate it and start using the service as normal.
