mobile data not working

This is a very big problem going on for more than 3 days I had a bill of £144 I payed that to the company u reffered us to and my mobile date service  is supposed to now be updated but still has not been it keeps saying that u need to have a live chat help me please my data should be back on service it says it takes 24-48 hours but it’s been 4 days fix this nowww and I mean nowwww I’ve had enough
