Mobile data problems / APN settings

Hello!

I’m using an iD SIM in a phone originally bought through another network. My mobile data has been very erratic in the UK (I’m regularly unable to use it) and when I went to Greece recently it wouldn’t work at all. 

I was trying to troubleshoot using ChatGPT (!) and it thinks it’s a problem with my APN settings, specifically the Mobile Virtual Operator Network Value, which is showing as 0305 on my phone but which ChatGPT thinks should be 4D. But my phone won’t let me edit the APN settings or create a new set.

Assuming this sounds like a plausible explanation, is it possible for you to push the correct APN settings to my phone remotely? Or would a replacement SIM do the trick?
