Hello, I have changed to ID mobile and used the PAC code to keep my old number. I have had emails telling me that everything is complete with the change over. My number has changed on the ID app but it hasn’t on my iPhone and I don’t think everything is coming through as a result. I have tried to change the number in the mobile settings but I am unable to save it. I have switched the mobile on and off a few times. I have checked my husbands mobile as he changed over a couple of weeks ago and his is the same. He doesn’t get many texts so if it difficult so understand if he is getting all his messages. Would anything be able to help please? Thank you.

Hi @Elkiemoose,When you use a PAC code, the number transfer usually completes within 24 hours, and it’s great that your iD Mobile app shows the correct number. However, iPhones sometimes keep the old number in the device settings, which can cause issues with iMessage, FaceTime, and texts.Here are a few simple steps you can try:1.Update iPhone Settings:-Go to Settings > Phone > My Number and enter your correct number.-If it doesn’t save, try turning Airplane Mode on and off, then restart your phone.2.Check iMessage & FaceTime:-Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and make sure your correct number is selected.-Do the same under Settings > FaceTime.3.SIM Refresh:-Sometimes, removing the SIM for a minute and reinserting it helps refresh the network.LamiyaiD Mobile Team
