I purchased my ID package last week. At checkout, I submitted the PAC code from my previous supplier. So when the phone arrived, I was surprised to see that the number that we work the phone was new (not my existing number). Frustratingly, I'm now trying to transfer my existing number again via the app and it's showing a ' not working' message. Please advise. Thanks.
