Mobile number switch to ID not working, despite me entering rhe PAC code at time of purchase!?

I purchased my ID package last week. At checkout, I submitted the PAC code from my previous supplier. So when the phone arrived, I was surprised to see that the number that we work the phone was new (not my existing number). Frustratingly, I'm now trying to transfer my existing number again via the app and it's showing a ' not working' message. Please advise. Thanks.

Thanks for that. Really useful... when I've checked again through my emails, there is a transfer date of tomorrow, so absolutely my error. Thanks for the prompt. Really useful.

Thank you! I needed this. I’ve been looking for exactly the same answer as my pac code won’t switch either. I kept re-entering it and getting error messages. Turns out mine is tomorrow too. Crisis averted. Many thanks… ☺️
