Mobile number swith to ID not completed.

I requested a swith for my old number from EE to be transferred to my new ID sim. Provided PAC number and old mobile number and received a SMS to say transfer would be completed on the 03.11.2025 and I would receive another SMS to confirm. 

To date no SMS to confirm transfer. I have switched mobile phone on and off numerious times as that seems to be the common suggestion. Can anyone advise please? Thank you.

Does your EE SIM product still work, ​@Lulucat?

Do you have more than one SIM/eSIM product in the phone with your iD SIM?

I  have no confirmation that my old Vodafone number will be transferred to ID mobile .
