My brand new phone upgrade is constsntly coming up with moisture in the port have had no incidents where moisture has been anywhere near the phone this is causing my phone to be unchargeable even using a wireless charger we have tried with a fan but nothings changed and i need a replacement or a new phone arranged immediatley as it is crucial i have a working phone
