my current phone shut down during transferring data yo my mew phone

What can I do when my old phone is next to my new phone and has stopped transferring data to my new phone. Both phones are iPhones and on the idmobile network. The new phone is asking me to position the image in the frame of my current phone but it’s just connecting

    Hi ​@Chintom,

     

    That sounds really frustrating, this is a common Quick Start issue, but it’s usually easy to fix.
     

    Try this:

    First, restart both iPhones and keep them very close together (almost touching). Make sure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are ON on both.

    If it’s still stuck, cancel the transfer and start again. Unlock both phones and keep them awake during setup.

    Also plug both phones into power, as low battery can stop the process.
     

    If it still won’t move past the “frame the image” screen, restart the setup and try again —or continue setup and restore from iCloud backup instead if needed.
