My Esim is not arriving in my email

Hi - When I try and get a new e-sim I get the message “opps something went wrong”.

My phone has recently been stolen and I have deactivated the current esim and handset, but I need the new esim urgently to get access on a new phone and block the robbers out of whatsapp.
