my friend sim lost he didnot login to his accout he want new physical sim

    If your friend needs a new physical SIM, they'll need to contact our Live Chat team, as we're unable to arrange replacement SIMs through this public forum.

    Alternatively, if they need a replacement quickly, they can visit any Currys store and collect a replacement SIM there.
