Hi 

I have a problem with my account, it’s says disconnected and I lost everything could you help please

I understand how worrying it must be to suddenly see your account as disconnected. I’ll do my best to explain what may have happened and how we can help.

An account can show as disconnected for a few common reasons, such as:

-A missed or overdue payment

-A number transfer (PAC) being used, which automatically closes the account

-A cancellation or disconnection request already processed

-A temporary network restriction while the account is being checked
