My iphone Battery Draining Quickly

Hello, my contract is due to finish in December. Over the last couple of weeks, my battery seems to be draining quite quickly. Is this covered in my contract?

    You need to look in the manufacturers manual but batteries are normally excluded from Guarantee.

    We're sorry to hear your battery isn't lasting as long as it used to.

     

    The manufacturer's warranty covers the device for 12 months, so if your phone is older than a year, a battery issue wouldn't be covered under the warranty.

     

    We'd recommend taking the phone to your nearest Currys store or an authorised repair centre to have it assessed. If the battery needs replacing, this would usually be carried out under a fixed-price repair.
