Thank you for your post. It sounds like your new number needs to be added to your account.

Here's how:

• On the 'Home' screen, tap 'View your plans' located in the top right of the screen
• Tap the 'Add new plan' button
• Enter the mobile number for the plan you wish to add — it must begin with 07 and be 11 digits long
• Enter the last name of the account holder, then the date of birth of the account holder, and tap 'Next'
• You'll then receive an SMS to the iD Mobile number you're adding, containing a one-time passcode
• Enter the 8-digit code into the boxes displayed on the screen
