    Hi @bellcocat,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your new phone.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Restart the phone.
    2. Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
    3. Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly and fully seated in the SIM tray.
    4. Go to Settings > Mobile Network and make sure the SIM is enabled.
    5. Check that Network Selection is set to Automatic.
    6. Reset your network settings.
    7. Try the SIM card in another phone if possible. If the SIM works in another device, the issue may be with the handset.
    8. If available, try a different SIM card in the AGM Note N2 to see if it detects another network.

If the phone still isn't recognising the iD Mobile SIM after trying these steps, please contact our Live Chat team so they can check that the SIM is active on the account and investigate further: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

i have tried all of the above and the network does not recognise the handset.

i also went to currys and the assistant was very helpfull but cound not get the network to accept the handset, he checked the sim card and it was ok he also checked the new hadset and it was ok, he then took his own sim card from his phone and put it in my new handset and the phone worked fine, his sim was with vodafone !!!

    Hi @bellcocat.

Thank you for sharing.I’m sorry to hear the handset still isn’t being recognised on our network, even after your visit to Currys. It was helpful of them to test the SIM and the handset.

So that I can look into this properly, could you please tell me the make and model of your device?

    Thanks,

    Marquerita
