my new phone is not working, and allowing me to transfer my data to set it up

my new phone is not working ,it is not allowing me to transfer everything from my old phone, it keeps coming up with unable to complete data transfer. it has asked me to reset iphone and start set up again, I've done this over 10 times now in the last 2 day and it still doesn't work.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up your new iPhone.

 

If the data transfer keeps failing, please try the following:

  • Make sure both iPhones are connected to a stable Wi-Fi network
  • Ensure both devices are fully charged or connected to power
  • Update both iPhones to the latest version of iOS if possible
  • Restart both devices before attempting the transfer again
  • Keep the phones close together throughout the process
  • Check that there is enough free storage available on the new iPhone to receive all of the data

 

If Quick Start continues to fail, you could also try creating an iCloud backup on the old iPhone and then restoring that backup onto the new device during setup.

 

As you've already reset the phone multiple times over the last two days, this may be an issue with the transfer process itself rather than the iD Mobile service.
