Hi I’m trying to transfer my daughter number to her new phone please

Just to let you know, iD Mobile does not currently support transferring a number internally from one iD Mobile account to another iD Mobile account.

 

If your daughter is moving her number to a new phone, she can simply move her SIM/eSIM to the new device and it will continue working as normal on the same number.
