My number port appears incomplete - unable to make calls

Hi I have an Iphone 15. My number port appears incomplete. Data works but calls fail. Please refresh the routing and reprovision my eSIM. Anyone know how I can get this sorted. I switched over a few weeks ago but all calls fail. Thank you

    We’re really sorry to hear that your port hasn’t been routed correctly and that you’re experiencing issues with calls. I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must be. 

     

    Could you please check if your number is saved correctly in your phone settings by following the steps below? If the number is missing or incorrect, kindly remove it and add the correct one:

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Tap Phone
    3. Tap My Number
    4. Use the delete button to remove the old number
    5. Use the keypad to enter the new number
    6. Tap Save
    7. Restart the iPhone
