I need help with my phone number. I started a new plan and got a new phone. With it I received a new SIM card which I didn't request. I want to keep my old number, and have a new plan.

Hi @MAJAnew,

I'm sorry for the confusion with your new plan and mobile number.

If your old number is already with iD Mobile and you've taken out a new iD Mobile plan, unfortunately we can't move the old number onto the new plan, as iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers.

To keep your existing number, the new plan would need to be returned/cancelled through the point of sale, if you're eligible to do so. You can then contact our Sales Team to upgrade or change the plan that your existing number is already attached to.
