my number with lebara did not transfer over

I’m an international student and bought a phone plan with lebara as I planned on using an old phone while I was in the UK. Instead Id mobile offered me the ability to keep my current phone and add a phone number onto it. However, I have tried to transfer the number over twice now and waited past the date of the switch and still nothing has changed. I still have the number that id mobile gave me when I joined but wont transfer the number from lebara that is already tied to a majority of my accounts here.
