My PAC transfer hasn't worked

I went through the process for transferring my old Lebara number to ID and got a message that it succeeded 2 days later but it hasn't. My Lebara sim is still active on my old phone. And I still have the number on my new phone that came with the SIM card. Restarted a few times.
