my partner joined ID and here switch date was 12/06/26 but still not switched

My partner switched from 3 mobile to ID and her PAC code and STAC had been arranged by 3 for the switch on 12/06/2026 but she still hasn’t been switched over

Hi, I spoke to customer services and they wouldn’t speak to me as I wasn’t the account holder. I explained that she couldn’t create an account as her number wasn’t recognised. The ChatBot “web version not app” has told her to wait until a working day. Strange as she received a text message confirming the date which was a weekday 12/06/2026 and PAC and STAC were dealt with by Curry’s employee after obtaining from Three mobile.
