my PHONE NOT RECIEVING SMS/TEXT

Hi, my Apple mobile doesn’t receive SMS or text messages. A guy at Three mobile couldn’t find out why and Apple guy was helpfully (not at the geuious desk) also couldn’t discover why.

tried the usual stuff, reboot etc. The SIM worked in his phone but didn’t work in my Apple phone?

At a loss to know what to do next if anybody can help please?

    Hi there ​@suesanC, sorry to hear that. When you go into phone settings, does your phone number show correctly?

    Hi it was an iPhone 6S Plus. Curry’s had a look and gave me a new SIM. Still didn’t work so in the end I have purchased a new phone. All ok now.
