My phone number has not transferred to ID mobile

I shared my PAC code two weeks ago now and the transfer was accepted but my my number still isn’t working on my ID mobile sim

Hi ​@Issue with mobile transfer.

 

Number transfers (PAC port-ins) can sometimes take up to 24 hours to fully complete across all services. In some cases, your device or SIM may still be updating its network registration after the transfer completes, which can cause your number not to display or function correctly straight away. Sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.

 

Please try performing a network reset, as this often helps refresh the connection after a port has completed:

 

Android device:
Open Settings, then tap General Management.
Tap Reset, and then select Reset network settings.

 

 iPhone:

Go to Settings
Tap Phone
Tap My Number and remove the old number, then enter your correct number and tap Save
Go back to Settings > Messages and turn iMessage OFF
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Once the phone restarts, go back to Settings > Messages and turn iMessage ON again

This should help your device properly refresh and recognise your transferred number.
