iphone 16 plus - my phone is apparently not allowed with my E-Sim. what does this mean?

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting your eSIM working.

     

    The iPhone 16 Plus is compatible with iD Mobile eSIMs, so the handset itself shouldn’t prevent you from using an eSIM.
