HELP. when in japan we put in a data sim, into slot 2, since coming back we only have data no calls or texts. i have gone into settings and sim management, calls and messages for sim 1 are just faded grey, i have tried turning phone off, taking sim out, and making sure its in slot 1. before turning back on, in sim manager my phone says SIM 1, iD and my number, my partners says SIM 1 unknown. i am at a loss, as i have gone through all the help topics i could find on ID including access point names, network operators, the VoLTE calls sim 1 is on, as well as allow 2 g service, flight mode is off, do not disturbed is off, updated and did a reset.
