my phones are locked to ID or 3 sim

Hello, so I’m aware ID no longer lock their phones to the network but my iPhone 16pro and new iPhone 17pro will not accept any other sim card apart from ID mobile and 3, any ideas why this would be happening?

    Hi there ​@l_stephenson, sorry to hear that. These iPhone’s definitely shouldn’t be locked to our network. Were these iPhone’s purchased directly via iD Mobile please?
