my qr code for my new esim has expired

hi there, im trying to switch from another provider. i received the intro email with a qr code, phone number, etc, but i messed up setting it up and now its expired. i have registered for an online account but cannot get in there, as its sending a text to my new number...which is not yet set up. please advise.
