My QR code won't work to set up eSim

Hi, My QR code doesn’t work. I tried the manual set up and that didn’t work either. It says don’t ask for another QR code and to contat iD immediately but the only way to contact anyone is through this forum so I’m not sure how to proceed.

You can contact Live Chat via the below link to help with regards to your problem:-

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot. 

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.
