Wow!
I started a topic on here in June because we were having difficulty getting a replacement eSim. This was not resolved so we withdrew from the contract after 9 days.
I have come back to update and find the topic I have started has been removed… ate least I cannot find my post but the replies to it still exist.
The update is that idmobile are now hounding us for a bill of £91. Their terms and conditions allow 30 days to withdraw, we withdrew in 9 days. Furthermore idmobile not being able to supply a replacement eSim and thus not giving us a service is breach of contract.
My next step is to report this to the regulator, and for those of you who are also not able to obtain a replacement eSim and not have a service yet are still paying for it, you don't have to put up with it, you can leave, id may try to fight you but consumer rights law is on you side.
