need a new number

Hi I am looking to change my number as I keep getting lots of no caller ids. How do I go about doing this? as I’ve looked on the app and can’t see anything about getting a new number.

    You would need to contact ID on live chat and speak to a customer service rep.

    I’m sorry to hear you’ve been receiving so many no caller ID calls. I can understand how annoying that must be.

     

    Unfortunately, a number change isn’t something that can be done through the app. It can be arranged through our team and there is a £25 charge for this.
