Hi @Bartlen,

I am so sorry to hear, we can send you a new sim card which will take 2-3 working days to arrive or you can collect one at your nearest curry's store, kindly advise which one you prefer?

Thanks,
Hosai

Hi @Bartlen,

Thank you for confirming, you may go to any Curry's or Carphone Warehouse store at whichever time suits you. You would just need to go up to one of the store colleagues and request an iD sim card. They will give if for free. When you receive the SIM card, you must go online to activate it at www.idmobile.co.uk/yoursim or you can get in contact with us to active the sim.

Thanks,
Hosai
