Need help moving my old iD number to new contract

Hi, I recently took out a new iD Mobile contract/eSIM, but I want to keep my old iD Mobile number ending in 3611.

I requested a PAC code from my old iD Mobile SIM. When I try to enter my old number and the PAC code in the iD Mobile app, I get the error message: “Oops… something went wrong. Please try again.”

Could you please tell me how I can transfer my old iD Mobile number to my new iD Mobile contract/eSIM without losing the number?

I can provide the full mobile number and PAC code privately if needed.
