Can you please add more details with regards to your probelm.

Have you moved over via a PAC code?
If your transfer is new, then you will see a temporary number but it will eventually show your transferred number once complete.
If you moved using a STAC code then this means you will be allocated a new number.

If I have gotten this information wrong then please add details so we can help you further.
