Need new ESIM, but have not set up the account in the IDmobile app

Hello

 

I just got a new ESIM, but the device I installed it on doesn’t receive SMS.  The problem now is that I can’t activate the ESIM in the ID mobile app without an SMS.

 

I tried to use the live chat, but for some reason it says my post code is invalid, so I can’t get to chat with an agent.

 

Please help

I understand you’re unable to activate your eSIM as your device isn’t receiving SMS. For security, the activation requires a one-time passcode (OTP) sent via SMS.

To fix this:

Try inserting the eSIM into another phone to receive the OTP.

Once received, enter the code in the app to complete activation.
