I have ordered a new phone through ID mobile and was wondering when it will arrive. I thought it was pencilled in for today?

Also, I wanted to keep my old number but it seems that my number has changed. Is that because I have gone from a physical sim to an e sim?

Kindly note that I am unable to confirm the delivery date from this chat. Please check your order confirmation email or any tracking information you may have received, as this will provide the latest update on your delivery.

Regarding your number change, if you requested to keep your existing number, it is common for a temporary number to be assigned when a new SIM or eSIM is activated. Once the number transfer (PAC transfer) has completed, your old number should replace the temporary one. The change to an eSIM itself does not prevent you from keeping your existing number.
