New E-sim has different phone number. I never wanted that. What can I do?

I wanted to get a new SIM-only contract from ID Mobile. I was told I would need a new SIM to activate the new contract. I downloaded an E-SIM and activated it, but it has a different telephone number. I must keep my old number. What can I do?

I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your mobile number.

 

To move your number over to us, you’ll first need to request a PAC code from your previous network provider. Once you have the PAC code, please get back in touch with us and we’ll be able to process the number transfer for you. If you are already with iD Mobile, you would need to upgrade on the plan that you already have to be able to keep your number.
