Have followed all advice on chat and it seems I have to request a new eSIM pack/QR code.

Thanks for your post. I’m sorry to hear you’re still having trouble activating your eSIM.

 

If you’ve already followed the troubleshooting steps provided and are still unable to activate it, then yes, we may need to issue you a new eSIM QR code to get this resolved.
