Please can I request a new eSIM for my son’s phone. He doesn’t have access to his old phone

    To request a replacement eSIM, please access our Live Chat team directly via: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

     

    Once you’re in chat, let them know you need a replacement eSIM, and they’ll be happy to arrange this for you.

    Kindly note that you can request an eSim via iD Mobile App using the following steps:

     

    Request Steps:

    Open the iD Mobile App and log in.
    Tap Plan on the main menu.
    Scroll to Your SIM/eSIM or SIM & Phone Management.
    Tap Request a replacement SIM or eSIM.
    Select Get a replacement eSIM.
    Verify your email address and tap Yes, I want a new eSIM.

    Hi

    I have tried this, his old phone is broken so I cannot receive the verification code.

    it told me told me request eSIM in chat.
