Need an eSIM. Lost phone in deep water so can’t get text message

Steps to Get and Activate a New iD Mobile eSIM:

  • Requesting the eSIM:
    1. Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account Online.
    2. Tap on the 'Plan' section.
    3. Select 'SIM & phone management'.
    4. Select 'Request a replacement SIM or eSIM'.
    5. Tap 'Get a replacement eSIM'.
    6. Confirm your billing email address to have the new eSIM QR code sent to you.
