New Honor Smart 200 is laggy

Hi, 

I just ordered a new phone, and am new to idmobile. I had Honor 50 before which worked perfectly, but it was time to upgrade so I checked reviews and went for 200 smart. The camera takes over 5 seconds to load, another 3 to take the photo, some apps take over 5 seconds to open and some crash. I've obviously only just set it up so it shouldn't need a factory reset and storage definitely isn't the issue. I've just updated software and restarted, no improvement. Any other ideas please?

    If you believe that the handset is not functioning as it should you can contact the manufacturer or have it looked at with your local Curry’s store.

    However if the device is defective the handset can be exchanged.
