New Id mobile plan has started before Sim Card has arrived and I wanted to keep old phone number

Hello I need help because during checkout I tried to provide my PAC number so I can keep my old phone number and today I have realized that my ID mobile plan has already started with a new phone number before the ID mobile SIM card even arrived. So now my new ID mobile plan is activated and I don't even have the SIM yet. I can't login to the ID mobile app either to see my plan because it requires a verification code from the new number which I don't have access to yet. I must of setup something wrong while checkout because I was meant to keep my old number and switch to ID.

Your PAC will be valid for 30 days, so you can input once you receive your new SIM, and

it’s activated on the network.

Yes but my new plan already activated and I can't use it. Also once I get my SIM and I put it in my phone what to do next to get back my old phone number.
